Goodfellow Builders Ltd complies fully with all health
and safety legislation. We are proactive in both monitoring and training relating to health and safety issues.
We
use the services of an independent auditor who regularly visits sites and advises us of potential improvements to provide
a safer working environment for our workforce and a safe work place when working in occupied clients’ premises.
All contracts are run to CDM regulations, including risk and method statements, on site file, first aider, tool box talks,
etc. Currently approximately 80% of operatives hold CSCS cards – we are aiming to achieve 100%. All Contracts Managers
hold CITB Site Manager’s certificates and CIOB membership, they have First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Working At Heights
training. All site supervisors hold First Aid certificates and attend Health & Safety training programmes. Copies of our

Environmental policy
It is the policy of Goodfellow Builders Ltd to protect the environment through sound practices that reduce waste generation
and minimise risk to the environment. A copy of our environmental policy is available on request and it is reviewed regularly
to ensure that it remains up to date in respect of the legal requirements and good practice.
